Terms of Service Agreement

By accessing, subscribing, or attempting to interact with the dexecure.com web site, its subdomains, any applications or services (together, the "Service") of Dexecure Pvt. Ltd. ("Dexecure", "we", "our" or "us"), you (the “User”) are agreeing to be bound by the following terms of service agreement ("Terms of Service") with Dexecure. These Terms of Service affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service, do not access or use the Service.

Changes and Notices

Dexecure may make changes to this Terms of Service and the Service at any time by posting to the applicable link for Terms of Service. The most current version of the Terms of Service can be accessed by clicking “Terms of Service” which is included on the bottom of each publicly accessable web page of the applicable dexecure.com and its subdomains.


User agrees to one (1) month contract agreement with Dexecure. User can opt to upgrade or downgrade their service agreement to any other contract agreement that Dexecure is currently offering for sale at any time during User's contract term.

At the end of the contract term, the contract will automatically renew indefinitely until explicitly cancelled by the User. Cancellation must be issued by contacting the support directly via the medium posted in the publicly available Dexecure website. Any cancellation issued must be done at least one (1) day prior to the end of the contract term.

Any outstanding charges for overage usage which did not appear on your last bill will be added to the next bill.

Chargeback / Refund policy

The Service is billed on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. The bill will be charged after each month usage based on the plan the User most recently subscribed to or the tailored enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA) Dexecure and the User most recently agreed upon.

If the user believes that a charge has been made in error, the User is bound to contact Dexecure support within seven (7) days of the incident directly via the medium posted in the publicly available Dexecure website.

Dexecure reserves a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. An User who disputes a payment that is found to be valid will be permanently barred from use of the Service. Any due fees will be sent to collections. If our collection efforts fail, the incident will be reported to all available reporting agencies.

User Content

To provide the best experience while using the Service, Dexecure may store some of your content (images, javascript files, CSS files, fonts) in its server in its original and modified version. The User retains all rights to their own content indefinitely and Dexecure does not hold any responsibility for the content delivered. The User will not use the Service to deliver any content that is of a pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent nature, or illegal nature.


The name Dexecure, its logo or any other trademarked elements owned by Dexecure may not be used by the User without prior recent permission. Dexecure may use the User's company name and logo for inclusion in Dexecure's marketing material including the publicly available list of clients.

Privacy Policy

Dexecure may collect publicly available information such as IP address of the User when the User visits the website. If you do not agree with that, please leave the website immediately. When subscribing to the Dexecure Services, the provided indentifiable information (such as name, email address, preference of service plans) of the user will be safely stored in Dexecure servers. Dexecure may store credit card and related sensitive finance related information for recurring billing and authentication.

All communication between the user and Dexecure is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our servers. The information can only be accessed by authorized personnel only and they are required to keep the information confidential.

Dexecure will never share your information with 3rd party services unless legally ordered by authoratitive entities. Dexecure will never ask for sensitive information via email, phone or any other insecure and indirect medium of communication.


The Service provided is at the Users sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as provided" basis. In case of a a Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed between Dexecure and the User, Dexecure will lawfully abide by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and anything not included in the aforementioned agreement is unwarranted.

If any part of the Terms of Service is violated by the User, Dexecure reserves the right to terminate the Service without notification.
